Stephanie Shackelford
Through her work as a coach, researcher, and writer, Dr. Stephanie Shackelford helps people identify and take hold of their purpose. In 2012, she founded a career coaching company and has since helped hundreds of clients identify their personal wirings, giftedness, and purpose to engage in meaningful pursuits. From high school and college students wanting to make the best decisions for their future, to young adults choosing a career and professionals looking to advance or make a change, Stephanie guides others to find intentionality and purpose in their lives.
Over the past decade, Stephanie has led numerous workshops on vocational development, finding your calling, leading from strengths, and decision-making, to a name a few. She is also a trained facilitator of TruMotivate, a research-backed assessment providing awareness of intrinsic motivations for career exploration and personal growth.
Stephanie received her Ed.D. from Northeastern University and her M.Ed. and B.S. from Vanderbilt University, where she is also an Adjunct Instructor. She lives with her husband and two children in Georgia.
